McArthur Dean Training Ltd has delivered quality training to the local business community for over fifteen years and currently works with over 300 employers. We are constantly seeking to forge good working relationships with respected companies, in order to provide the best possible employment for new trainees
We are able to offer work based learning either at the work place or in the training centre.
The training provided is specifically business related and includes the following areas: Administration, Accountancy and Customer Service.
Our aim is to put you into a relevant job role where you will receive on the job training from your employer and also come into McArthur Dean for any relevant training towards a Diploma qualification in the appropriate subject - Adminsitration, Accountancy or Customer Service.

Applying for Courses
If you are interested in applying for an Apprenticeship with us, please use this website to submit your details. It would also be useful if you could submit your CV to us via email, to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject heading "LOMO Application" and the Apprenticeship you are applying for. Acceptance onto the Apprenticeship Programme is subject to a successful initial interview with Sue French or Matt Morfitt at McArthur Dean Training and passing appropriate assessments in Maths and English.
After completing the initial interview stage, every effort will then be made to find a job with a suitable employer. As vacancies come in, your details will be matched against the client's requirements and when appropriate, sent to the client with a view of arranging an interview for you. The Apprenticeship wil officially start once you have successfully gained employment.

We are situated in Lowgate, Hull, an area easily accessible by bus, and all the needs of a business apprentice are catered for within the building.
We have a welcoming reception area, 2 computer suites with full internet access and e-learning programmes, 2 coffee rooms, 4 classrooms and two meeting rooms situated in this working office environment.
