How will it be delivered?
Achievement of the course is dependent on passing the end point assessment. The end point assessment will consist of assessment of competency through a structured competency-based interview, assessment of portfolio evidence, a presentation or work-based project with Q&A session, a review of the individual's Continuing Professional Development Log and a professional discussion.

On completion, apprentices can register as full members with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership & Management, and those with 3 years' of management experience can apply for Chartered Manager status through the CMI.
